Book Tour – Travel Week
~Wanna promote your upcoming vacation?
The Bite
Read all about it. Just check out an eco-travel guide for help on figuring out where to go and what to do. (You can autograph it yourself.)
The Benefits
*Booking sweet vacations. Take advantage of tips and tricks from seasoned travelers on the best things to see and do.
*Doing write by the planet. Find ways to tread a little lighter – according to the UN, tourists in Grenada, Spain, use seven times more water than locals (and these sorts of stats are pretty common).
*Getting off the beaten tour circuit. Eco-tour books help you unearth gems you won’t find using your average AAA guide.
Personally Speaking
For me, I makes travel guides more sustainable by asking friends for their old ones, and ripping out just the pages I’ll gonna use for a lighter load. Bonus: Chances are, they’ll have dog-eared a few good places already.
