Last June 22, 2008, typhoon Frank hit the Philippines and knocks down a ship. This calamity took many lives but the greatest disaster it created when MV Princess of the Stars, sank down the ocean floor. The vessel carried 800 passengers at that time, approximately only 5% survives the incident. As of now, the ongoing issue, who is to blame and whose fault is it, still is unresolved. But, can we really blame somebody during calamities? The families of the victims received money for damages since the passengers were covered with life insurance. This may not bring-back their loved one but at least it can help them to start a new life.
