No sneeze and snooze
Do you catch yourself sniffling and sneezing constantly, with no relief from cold medication? An allergy might be causing this reaction. Some common allergens are weeds, flowers, pollen from trees and grass, dust, pet hair, and mold. There’s virtually no escaping these – especially in your bedroom – so its best to minimize your exposure to them.
Invest in bed sheets and pillow cases that are allergen proof to keep dust mites at bay. Also, wash beddings in hot water once a week, and throw them in the drier – not on a clothesline outside where they can trap more allergens. Keep windows close to keep pollen outside, and use an air conditioner. Go for washable curtains because they’re easier to clean, and use a vacuum cleaner with double bags for extra filtration.
