Here are some kitchen-test tips to ready your party spread in 60 minutes, max!

  • Read through the recipes and set out all equipment to avoid last minute panic.
  • Whenever possible, prep the same ingredients for two recipes on one menu at the same time.
  • Keep a trash can closed by or used a large bowl on the counter for scraps – it makes things move along much faster.
  • Fill a large bowl in the sink with hot soapy water and utensils in as you finish with them so cleanup is easier. The garlic press will be a clinch to rinse if the garlic doesn’t have a chance to dry in holes.
