To speak to a person with the intention of letting her/him feel your emotions without using any body language is very hard. Here are some tips to do so:
- always look at the person’s face or eyes; alternate between these two
- never belittle, insult, or dehumanize your target. in doing so provokes that person to be more hostile to you
- using profane words would only escalate the tension between you and the target.
- be normal in the way you speak. unless that’s the way you speak, a change in tone would signal a change in emotion
- bodily harm or threats should never be used unless there’s no other way
- body language should still be normal, no matter what you are feeling at that moment.
- always acknowledge the capacity of your target. never state the fact that you are higher than her/him
- use words that would show intellect but would also show level headedness
- let him/her feel the tension between you by smiling; smiling is a response that would normally throw off any observer and your target for that matter.
