Sleep is an important stage in every human being. Get utmost comfort by having clean and soft sheets and bed. Wash your synthetic-filled comforters and pillows in a large- capacity washing machine using a third of the normal amount of detergent. But check first that there aren’t any holes or weak patches in the casing fabric; otherwise the filling might leak out. When you hang up the comforters and pillows to dry, give them a good shake every couple of hours to stop the filling from going lumpy. During cold season like now, make sure to get heated blanket for a good night sleep.



Sometimes it helps to get into a sleep routine. Also, having a dark room. I cover the led lights on some of my electronics and it helps me sleep better.
