Last Wednesday, wiffy decided not to cook for dinner. So, we went ahead to the fast food chain to buy our dinner. While she is in the counter to get the orders, one woman started making a scene. She started screaming that lost her money amounting to php 1600 or $30. She even harassed the other woman beside her by grabbing the woman’s hands and looking at it. Nobody has the right to touch anybody.
Okay then as everybody turns their head to her. Some people decided to just go out. However, she pleaded or ordered the guard not to let anyone go out. No establishment has the right to detained anybody without the proper documents. At last the manager comes to the rescue. As she talked to the woman she told the guard to let those people with finished business to go out. However, she yells at the guard even harder: “do not let anybody go out.” This is when the manager gets irritated and said to her “ma’ am we are not allowed to do what you are requesting. We specifically posted the sign that says keep an eye on your valuables.” That when everybody goes out including us who have been waiting for at least 30 minutes.
By the way whose fault is it? Losing money is very painful. But, it is to the owner of the money to take extra precautions and take good care of it so as not to lose it.
