My mom used to tell me that to become familiar with the English language, I should read lots of books. And since I am so lazy to do that, I am now having a hard time in composition and even comprehending. I regret I never listened to her. Probably if I did, I would be able to compose beautiful articles and pieces that are rich and meaningful.

Good thing, my mom also says that it’s never too late to do what I need to do. That’s the reason I started reading articles, books of any kind even school books, magazine and so on. Speaking of books, I find “the big fat duck cookbook” very interesting. Actually this is not plainly a reading material. It is interesting to learn the author’s 50 signature recipes that includes sardine on toast sorbet, salmon poached with liquorice, hot and iced tea, chocolate wine and so much more. Of course, there are parts of the book that talks about the full story of the author’s obsession, endless invention and a childish curiosity into how things work in the kitchen.

I like cooking now and would like to learn cooking like a chef. The only way to do it is with the help of cookbooks. For now, I am just getting my recipe online. With this book within my reach, it’s possible to continually cook and learn.
