Just like most people, my excuse for not exercising is the lack of time. I used to say that because I go out of the house at 6:30 in the morning, which I stand the whole day until three in the afternoon. Then, I come home at four then start my blogs. From my usual cycle my feet is already aching. I would rather sit or sleep. The only spare time left for me to do other things is during Saturday and Sunday.
I thought there is no way I can stay health. But, there is a bit of light after reading an article that states I can actually get results with less working out as eScience News reports. But, only on the condition of starting interval training that means instead of exercising for longer periods of time (which means longer sessions) at moderate intensity, we can do highly intense exercises for less time. The results will actually be better than in the first case, experts assure us based on the findings of a new study.
So, I guess I can still workout even if I am dead tired. Of course, it is better to do it during Saturday and Sundays.
