Aniston Confirmed Pregnant with Twins?

Recently, Aniston said that she was not “desperate” to have kids but she may have been somewhat deceitful in her assertion. A new report in Star magazine claims she’s been actually trying to get pregnant for months and now she’s finally done it – with twins, nonetheless. Latest print issue that Aniston and Theroux are about to become parents to twins.

Indeed, Jen and Justin knew from early on in their relationship that they were meant to be together, so they started trying for a baby shortly after they began dating. In time, though, it became clear that there was something wrong, and they turned to IVF for help with starting a family. The results are just now apparent: Jennifer is pregnant with twins.

“She’s been taking fertility drugs, which can lead to multiples. Jen thinks she’s having twins. Jen was sure early on that Justin was The One, so they’ve been trying for a baby for a while. Jen felt that there was no reason to wait,” a friend of the actress tells the celebrity magazine. Star also talked to one of Aniston’s neighbors who, it seems, is quite a peeping tom because he or she can offer details about her pregnancy no one but a good friend would know. “Jen definitely looks pregnant. My kitchen window overlooks a bedroom in Jen’s house, and I see her changing clothes from time to time. She seems to have a baby bump – it’s more than just a bloated belly,” says the neighbor.

Likewise, in recent weeks, Aniston has been having a lot of friends over: they come bearing gifts that could be baby things, and they hang out a lot but drink no alcohol. While she may not know for certain yet whether she’s pregnant with twins, Aniston is determined to keep her baby news a secret for at least a few weeks more.

“Jen’s always said that she wouldn’t announce a pregnancy until she was well into her second trimester. Her friends and family are thrilled, and keep telling her what a wonderful mom she’ll be. Everyone in Jen’s family is buzzing that she’s finally pregnant. After a few false alarms, it looks like it’s finally happening for her,” another source says for the aforementioned publication.

This has remained one of the industry’s worst kept secrets, but having it confirmed doesn’t make it less of a joyous occasion. Jessica Simpson has confirmed she’s pregnant with her first child on her official page. Instead of going down the traditional celebrity route of showing off her baby bump in the pages of a magazine and releasing an official statement, Jessica chooses to make her announcement on her webpage.

Dressed up for Halloween as a mummy, the singer is seen cradling her protruding tummy, while the headline screams “It’s true, I am going to be a mommy!” The star has also confirmed the news to OMG Yahoo! News, just in case some of her fans might be misled to believe the announcement on her webpage was a Halloween hoax or something.

“After weeks of speculation, Jessica Simpson has finally confirmed the news that everyone has been waiting for – she’s pregnant! And since she decided to make her big announcement on Halloween, the 31-year-old singer thought it would be cute to dress up as a mummy (get it?) for the occasion and show off her baby bump in this exclusive photo she shared with omg!” OMG writes.

The photo shows Jessica in the same mummy costume, but, this time, she’s joined by her fiance Eric Johnson – and the cutest dog ever. Both Jessica and her fiancé, former pro football player Eric Johnson, whom she began dating in May 2010, are reportedly thrilled to be expecting their first child. As of now, the two have not announced a wedding date. As a matter of fact, not even when they confirmed the engagement did they say whether they had set a date or not.

However, since Jessica is now pregnant – and will reportedly be giving birth early in 2012 – it is believed the two parents-to-be will put off the wedding until the child is born. Word online has it that they’re expecting a baby girl, which is truly like a dream come true for Jessica, who has been eager to have a daughter.

Word online has it that the two actors, who have been good friends for years, are spending more and more time together – in the company of Sandra’s adopted son Louis.

Apparently, they’re not just having fun: they’re also discovering how good it is to form a couple with someone you know so well like a good friend, while also thinking about their next step. Either way, they’re definitely more than friends, Us Weekly strives to prove, enumerating the many dates and play dates they were on in recent weeks.

Certainly, photos of Ryan leaving Sandra’s house sent the blogosphere into frenzy, with many saying that this is the closest thing to “proof” that they’re really dating. The actor, 34, and his Proposal costar, 47, have been joined at the hip lately — spending the weekend of Aug. 13 together in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where Bullock’s dad has a home. Us Weekly then goes on to note that the possibility that Ryan and Sandra are still just good friends exist, with a couple of sources confirming that they’re not romantically involved, but just best friends hanging out.

A recent report, though, was saying precisely the contrary of that, as we also informed you at the time. Several spies and insiders were telling the US tabs that Sandra and Ryan was an item, having ended up in each other’s arms after they realized they were really unlucky in love. Since their relationship was so problem-free and felt so natural for both, they were talking about getting married and starting a family, spies said.

Witherspoon Slurs Blake Lively at MTV Movie Awards

Reese Witherspoon was presented with the Generation Award at the MTV Movie Awards 2011, in honor of her career in film and charity endeavors. During her speech, she took an obvious dig at reality stars and, quite possibly, Blake Lively, who was also in the audience. As any respectable gossip lover must already know by now, Blake Lively is the latest celebrity added to the “photo scandal” list, after a series of shots she took on her iPhone were leaked online.

Obviously, Reese too was aware of the latest scandal shaking up Hollywood – and perhaps of rumors that Blake leaked her own photos for publicity as well. The actress came up on the stage after the hilarious introduction by Patrick Dempsey, Robert Pattinson and Chelsea Handler, saying she was happy she got “the three most ridiculous people on Earth” presenting her with the award.

Reese also joked about not wanting to kiss Chelsea like Sandra Bullock kissed Scarlett Johansson last year, because “who knows where her mouth has been.” She didn’t forget about Pattinson either: earlier, he joked about moving up in Hollywood from playing Reese’s son to playing Reese’s lover onscreen, so Reese called him “the best mother [expletive] in Hollywood.”

On a more serious note, Witherspoon sent a message to all aspiring actresses out there: it can be done without a reality show and without selling an intimate, homemade tape to the press. She is the perfect example. Reese ended her speech with a heartfelt thanks to MTV and to her fans, who are, as she put it, “the best in the world.”

Shortly after the announcement that she is engaged to Kris Humphries, word has emerged that he paid a whopping $2 million for the bling on her finger. Designed by Lorraine Schwartz with precious help from Kris himself, the ring is positively stunning: simple yet very elegant, classic but, at the same time, of quite an impressive size.

In an interview with People magazine, Kim says she grew up dreaming of the day her prince lover would propose to her – and even fantasized about the perfect ring she’d get from him. As she puts it, the one Kris gave her comes very close to the one she used to dream about as a young girl. “In high school I went to Macy’s and bought this fake ring, my ‘perfect’ ring, and this is almost the exact same. It’s the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. It’s perfect,” Kim says of the 20-carat ring she received earlier this month, when Kris surprised her and popped the question. At the same time, Kris says he only had one requirement: it had to be big.

The 16.5-carat emerald cut center stone is flanked by a pair of 2-carat trapezoids, for a total weight of 20.5 carats! Humphries even managed to work out the design without Kim knowing. Of course, all this came at a very steep price, it has it on very good authority that Kris forked over $2 million for the customized sparkler but, from what he and his fiancée are saying, it was money well spent.

Just one month after giving birth to a baby boy, Penelope Cruz seems to have regained her pre-pregnancy body. The star made her first public appearance since giving birth, looking as slender as always. The Spanish stunner doesn’t seem to carry much in terms of pregnancy weight, which could probably mean she’s been keeping very busy these days with her fitness.

Paparazzi photos taken on the occasion also offer a better look at Cruz’s engagement ring, a 3-carat sapphire ring worth a reported $30,000. As fans must already know, Penelope and husband Javier Bardem, perhaps one of the most private couples in showbiz, were married in secret in July 2010.

After some speculation last year that she was with child, prompted mostly by photos of her on the “Pirates” set looking plumper than usual, she confirmed the pregnancy in September. Penelope gave birth to a baby boy believed to have been named Leo Encinas, on the same day that the Oscar nominations were announced, where he’s in the running for Best Actor with his performance in “Beautiful.”

Back to the actress’ weight loss, there is a very good possibility that she didn’t even gain that much weight to begin with, it is being said. After all, this is the same female star who told the world and her fans that they shouldn’t aspire to be thin to be considered “pretty” so she’s most likely not starving herself or working out like crazy, but rather enjoying the time with her baby and her family.

The Winners of Golden Globes 2011

After much talk about how nominations are not even a clear indication of the best in film and television, the Golden Globes 2011 were last night. It was a huge moment for the industry, since this particular awards ceremony is considered an indicator of what we’re to expect from the Academy Awards next month.

Granted, there were some major surprises but, overall, the winners’ list should shock no one, except for “Inception” fans, as the movie took home a grand total of zero statuettes. The biggest surprises were in television, with “Boardwalk Empire” and “Glee” taking the most awards at the ceremony held at the fancy Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.

In film, the biggest winner was undoubtedly “The Social Network,” which took home awards for Best Screenplay, Best Director (David Fincher) and, most importantly, Best Picture.

As expected, Natalie Portman won Best Actress for her superb role in “Black Swan,” Colin Firth was Best Actor for “King’s Speech,” while “The Fighter” was winner in Best Supporting category, with Christian Bale for Actor and Melissa Leo for Actress.

Hosting duties were performed by Ricky Gervais, who was a bit too much for some because of the dirty and sometimes rather sinister jokes he chose to include in the routine.

Presenters included Michael Douglas, who received a standing ovation and looked strikingly great after his cancer battle and “Social Network” star Andrew Garfield who stuttered a bit as he introduced the nominees. Robert Downey Jr. was also on hand to present an award, after being introduced by Gervais with jokes about his troubled days and various rehab stays. Not that Downey doesn’t have a sense of humor about himself: once he was up on stage, he joked about bedding all the nominees in the Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical category, with his wife present in the audience.

Overall, it was a great night: the winners at this year’s Golden Globes are believed to be favorites in this year’s Oscar race as well. Whether that will truly be the case, we’ll see on January 25, when the Academy Awards nominations are announced.

Getting on last week, a video of Disney star Miley Cyrus smoking a bong leaked online. Her dad has already apologized for her on Twitter – but Miley remains unfazed by the leak, focusing solely on her ongoing projects, it has emerged. TMZ reports that, just hours after the video ended up online, showing Miley smoking salvia from a bong and sharing giggles with friends shortly after her 18th birthday, she was on set, working on a new movie.

While she knows the video is out there – she may have even seen it – Miley will not address the issue in any way, it is being said. Not only that, but she doesn’t plan to let the leak prevent her from going on with her schedule as before: so she’s moving forward with work as if the leak never happened.

I’m sure you will agree that it’s no longer news that British actress Emma Watson, who got her career going with her part as Hermione in the “Harry Potter” films, is emerging as quite a little fashionista on her own. Last night, she more than proved that. The 20-year-old actress who, unless she’s promoting a project, likes to keep a very low profile, stunned fans and media representatives the other night as the latest installment in the film franchise opened in London. “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I” opened in London the other night and, with her see-through feathery mini dress, Emma was the most surprising and pleasant to look at appearance on the red carpet, as the Daily Mail also notes.

“Yesterday it was Emma Watson the confident and vivacious young woman who was the center of attention at the premiere of the latest Harry Potter epic. Miss Watson, now 20, opted for a short, revealing black, see-through lace and feather dress by Rafael Lopez for Atelier Mayer, teamed with black heels by Charlotte Olympia. Matched with her (relatively new) cute short do, some delicate accessories like dangling earrings, and even more delicate makeup, the star was simply oozing style and sophistication,” the British publication says.

She made sure there were no wardrobe malfunctions by having the dress strapped to her back, to stop it falling open any further, the Mail also says.

Emma was joined on the red carpet by close friends and co-stars Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint, the former being welcomed by fans with “deafening screams,” much to his delight, since he was in danger of forgetting what that sounded like, he joked.
